Dom’s Coupe.


Dom Milio keepin’ it clean with his civic coupe from New York.

I know Dom personally, and I know how much work was put into this car. He’s a local Honda enthusiast, and has good knowledge and great taste. In a nutshell, the car was bought from the original owner, bone stock, reciepts from everything. The only people to work on the car was the dealership the old lady he bought it from. Original intentions were mainly daily driver duties after he sold his GTO. Dom swore he wouldnt mod it with the exception of a CD player and maybe speakers. The next day, he had a sony deck and speakers installed. After rekindling his interest in Hondas, Dom felt like the car needed to be lower. So coilovers, control arms and a lower tie bar came. Then after all that Dom decided he wanted to finish putting together an LS shortblock that sat in his garage since 05. After a year ownership and the engine was completed, the build pretty much snow balled into what it is now. Something proper.

Engine:
Built LS/VTEC: GSR Head with BLOX Type C cams and cam gears, dual valvesprings, and retainers. Blox intake manifold machined to a Blox 70mm throttlebody. RC 440cc injectors, AEM Fuel rail and pressure regulator, shaved valvecover, and a Hytech replica header to a T1R catted test pipe and Skunk2 70mm Megapower R exhaust. LS Block with oversized PR3 pistons, LS rods, ITR water and oil pump, shaved LS crank pulley just for alternator belt. Golden Eagle LS/VTEC conversion kit. Greddy Timing belt, with custom one-off timing belt cover. Custom made breather tank setup. Hondata S300 tuned by Xenocron to 212WHP @8900 RPM

Drivetrain:
ITR Transmission 4.4 final drive with Competition Clutch 9 lbs flywheel and Stage 2 clutch, and TWM shifter

Suspension:
PIC Select Coilovers 10k/8k, Beaks bar, and Function7 control arms
(In the not so much Future plans: Energy Suspension bushings, ASR brace powder coated Teal, with 24mm swaybar, and front sway bar)

Brakes:
OEM blank rotors, Cobalt Friction pads, ATE Super Blue fluid, Russel Stainless lines

Wheels:
Work Meister S1 2p wheels 16×7 +42 with Sumitomo tires (215/40/16)

Interior:
Recaro SPG Profi XL (driverside) with a Buddy Club rail and Recaro SRD rewrapped in black tweed with a Sparco rail. Blue Crow Industries harnesses. Autopower Roll bar. Karcepts shiftknob and custom made extender, ATC International Sprint Steering wheel, CDM airbag delete tray, custom black alcantara arm rest, shiftboot, and Ebrake boot. Odessy PC680 Battery with custom tray

Exterior:
Shaved front bumper with Si grille and front lip, Mugen Ferio Wing

ICE:
Infinity Reference Speakers to a Pioneer Touch screen DVD player

You might just see this in Honda Tuning someday… 😉
